In the western part of the Guadalajara Metropolitan Zone, Clínica LR is located on a narrow and limited site, surrounded by pre-existing buildings. The architecture responds to these conditions with a contained and precise gesture: a compact building that concentrates its language inward, seeking light and ventilation through vertical patios that organize and give character to the project.
The main facade, oriented to the east and open to a high-traffic avenue, is conceived as an almost blind plane. This decision not only protects the building from urban noise and the intense morning light, but also creates a more serene and controlled interior environment. The reception, resolved as a glass box under the overhang of the upper levels, becomes the only nod to the exterior, giving the visitor a first impression of transparency and welcome.
