The architecture responds to these conditions with a contained and precise gesture: a compact building that concentrates its language inward, seeking light and ventilation through vertical patios that organize and give character to the project.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"color_36 wixui-rich-text__text\">\u200b<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"color_36 wixui-rich-text__text\">The main facade, oriented to the east and open to a high-traffic avenue, is conceived as an almost blind plane. This decision not only protects the building from urban noise and the intense morning light, but also creates a more serene and controlled interior environment.
