El Venado

A slender 18-story building facing the sea in the Conchas Chinas area. Built in
apparent concrete, tinged with the tones of the sand and rock of the site, the building blends in with the landscape.
coastal. Access is on the fifth level, through the slope between the road and the beach. Below, four apartments descend towards the sea; above, twelve more levels crown the tower. The first floor is an open space with terraces, pool and direct access to the beach; the rooftop offers relaxation spaces to contemplate the bay. The tower closes to the south, protecting itself from the noise of the road, and opens to the north to embrace the light, the breeze and the view of the sea.
