In Guadalajara, this house reinterprets the regionalism of Guadalajara: a refuge where life takes place outdoors, between patios, terraces and the murmur of water. The lot is divided into two bays: on the left, patios and a basin that closes the perspective; on the right, the house is spread over three levels. The secondary rooms, on the street level, open onto side gardens; the social area, on the first floor, overlooks the courtyard; and upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys a terrace open to the sky and the distant landscape. Local materials and frankness frame this essential architecture, where the outside and the inside blend together.
