Facing the sea, the Alba Clubhouse is conceived as the social heart of the complex. Its radial floor plan organizes the spaces around a large circular courtyard that serves as the center of gravity and meeting point. A perimeter corridor runs through this courtyard and, along its path, gradually reveals each space, generating an experience of discovery.
The program includes terraces open to the sea, pools on different levels, a restaurant, multipurpose rooms, bathrooms and dressing rooms, as well as a bar and a games room. Each of these spaces is strategically placed to offer unique views and distinct atmospheres: some more intimate and contained, others open and expansive towards the horizon.
